How much does your delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery costs £6.95. This applies regardless of the number of products purchased. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Customised orders may take slightly longer before shipping. Orders are sent using either FedEx Express or DHL Express (2-3 working days).

Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes. Again, the cost of combined shipping is £6.95, regardless of the number of products purchased in your order. There is no limit to the size of your order.

Are your products insured?
Yes, all of our products are insured at no extra cost.

How do I track my order?
All orders are trackable. After your order has been shipped our system will send you an email confirmation. Tracking information is available on request. You can use such tracking info and go to the courier's website to locate the whereabouts of your order. You can also contact us manually by sending an e-mail to tracking@qpjewellers.com.

Do you offer different metal colours?
Yes, we offer White Gold, Yellow Gold and Sterling Silver.

What is your Returns Policy?
Our Returns Policy is outlined in full in our Terms & Conditions. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to us within 7 days from receipt of the goods. You will receive a full refund minus a restocking fee of up to 15%. We charge this restocking fee to cover import costs on some sales. In some cases the fee will be waived. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

What are Lot Buyers?
Lot buyers are buyers who purchase by bulk and are usually wholesalers, retailers, online retailers, etc. Please contact us at wholesale@qpjewellers.com for further information with regard to large purchases. We are always open to develop business relationships with resellers; please contact us for more information. Please also see our Wholesale Directory for bulk pricing. Where are your items manufactured?
All of our jewellery pieces are made in the US. None of our jewellery or materials are imported from or manufactured in the far east.

Are any of your items imported?
Although many items are dispatched from our warehouse in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK, some items listed on our website are imported direct from our jewellery manufacturer in the US, and delivered directly to you. Because we deliver direct we cut out the middleman and pass the savings onto you.

Will I have to pay a Customs charge at the door?
Very occasionally orders will incur an additional customs charge at the door if they are sent directly from the manufacturer in the US. Such charges are usually a tiny fraction of the overall cost. In most cases you will not be charged any extra.
