Making A Purchase

To make a purchase, simply browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Shipping And Handling

All goods are dispatched insured by FedEx Express or DHL Express (2 to 3 business days). Both FedEx and DHL's express services have an identical timeframe. Delivery is charged at £6.95 to anywhere in the world, regardless of the quantity of items. While some items are dispatched from Newcastle Upon Tyne, other items are delivered directly from our warehouse in the US (Los Angeles, California). By making a purchase you agree that you are aware that there is a possibility of a customs charge, depending on the country the order is to be dispatched to. Customs charges are not always issued and may vary, but are usually only a very small fraction of the value of the goods.
Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch all orders dispatched within 24 hours of payment, although some jewellery may take up to an extra 2 days. All orders are dispatched by FedEx Express or DHL Express delivery. Both services have a usual timeframe of 2-3 business days. All delivery is insured and trackable.
Back Orders

Where goods are temporarily out of stock (i.e. "back orders"), we will endeavour to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. While we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
Tax Charges

All prices for items displayed on the website are final. No extra taxes need to be paid unless explicitly indicated. Some orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery. Orders shipped outside the EU but paid for with a card registered to an address within the EU are subject to VAT.
Credit Card Security

Secure payment is processed using SSL encryption to conform to all legal requirements. We accept all cards bearing the VISA and MasterCard logos. We do not accept payment by cheque or postal order, and we do not accept payment in instalments. All prices are primarily displayed in GBP (£) and EUR (€). Credit / debit card transactions for orders In EUR (Euros) will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to us within 7 days from receipt. You will receive a full refund minus delivery and a restocking fee of up to 15%. We charge this restocking fee to cover import costs on some sales. In some cases the fee will be waived. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Where you wish to return goods and do not have returns information, you can contact customer services for the returns address. It is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery as proof of delivery.

If an item is to be returned under our guarantee, we will refund to the full transaction amount debited from the credit or debit card minus delivery and a restocking fee of up to 15%. We are not responsible for the refund of any additional fees (for example customs charges). You will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to send the item back to us in Newcastle Upon Tyne. This does not apply if an item is returned damaged, faulty, or not as described on the site either in the picture or description. In this case we will issue you with additional credit to cover cost of postage both ways. In the event of a damaged, faulty or not-as-described item to be returned that incurs additional charges, we will assist you on claiming full reimbursement from the courier or local tax office. There are not restocking fees on returned items that fall under this category.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information we collect about you is solely to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We will share the data we collect with our merchants solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We are not responsible for and accept no liability for the content or privacy practices of any linked website which is not owned and maintained by us. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.

From time-to-time our website requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as postcode, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes and may be used to send you marketing or promotional materials where indicated. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this website.

Hygiene Policy: Please note that for hygiene purposes earrings are non-returnable. We understand that earrings may be unworn, but we must reflect the hygiene policy of our supplier, as otherwise we could not return the earrings to them, nor resell them. We would love to extend our returns policy to include earrings but at the present moment this is not possible.

Ring Resizing Policy: If you purchase a ring from us and find that the size is not suitable, we can resize your ring to any other size for a one-off charge of £30. Please contact us for any further information regarding this. Resizing is possible for all gold, white gold and silver rings.
