This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by us when you access our sites and services, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We may collect personally identifiable information about you in the following instances:
When you purchase a product from us, we collect your full name, salutation, email address, the full invoicing and/or delivery address(es) that you provide us with, your login credentials and, if you are purchasing a ring, the recipient's finger size. All sensitive payment data collected on our Site is used only for the purpose of completing the transaction. Transaction information is transmitted to our payment partner, Sage Pay, using SSL encryption. All credit card related data will be handled confidentially and will not be used for any other purpose, or divulged to any other parties not connected to this transaction.
When you register for a customer account but do not make a purchase, we may collect some personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, salutation, email address and login credentials, that you choose to give us when you fill in the registration form on our Site.
When you order a ring sizer tool from us, we collect your name, salutation, email address, full postal address and telephone number. We will also collect the finger size of the recipient.
When you subscribe to our email newsletter via the form on our website, we initially collect your name, email address and salutation, and any further information you later choose to give to us via our email preferences form, such as your surname, city of residence and date of birth.
Security Checking
QP Jewellers actively undertakes measures to prevent fraud taking place on our website and to ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent. As such during the transaction process you will be prompted through the use of CVV and other security measures to verify that you are the valid cardholder. Therefore we may validate your name, address and any other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. Personally identifiable information

Our email platform
We send our email newsletters through a third party email platform, which acts only as a data processor in respect of your information. This means that we, QP Jewellers, use the platform to send emails to our customers, and thus, we remain the controller of your personal data, meaning that all requests to unsubscribe, to have your details removed, amended or deleted should be sent to us at sales@qpjewellers.com. You can also unsubscribe from our email newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every promotional email message we send.
Financing Applications
If you apply to purchase jewellery through the third party financing offered via our website please note that QP Jewellers will only pass on the personal data that you supply and consent to giving to the third party, and from that moment onwards QP Jewellers will not control or hold on to said data.
