If you’d like to return your item(s) to us, you can do so for a full refund within our hassle-free 30 day money back guarantee, which automatically starts on the day of delivery.

With our 30 day money back guarantee, you have plenty of time to decide whether the item(s) is right for you. If you do decide to return the item, please ensure it is unused, unaltered and all jewellery tags are attached.

To arrange a return, simply contact our Customer Service team by telephone, email, live chat or our contact form. When returning an item, we always recommend you use tracked and insured delivery to be on the safe side.

We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why QP jewellery is backed by a 12 month guarantee. In the unlikely event you find your jewellery has a fault or defect, you can have your item replaced free of charge as you are protected by your 12 month guarantee. If the item is no longer available, it can be replaced for a like-for-like product of the same price or you can pay the difference for a higher priced alternative. Unfortunately the 12 month guarantee does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage or jewellery that has been altered or repaired by an independent jeweller.

As a trusted jeweller most of our designs use stones that are 100% natural. Items featuring lab created stones and cubic zirconia are clearly disclosed on our website. We use solid metals in all of our designs to ensure exceptionally high quality jewellery that lasts. None of our jewellery designs are plated.
