In the unlikely event you find your jewellery has a fault or defect, you can have your item replaced free of charge as you are protected by your 12 month guarantee. If the item is no longer available, it can be replaced for a like-for-like product of the same price or you can pay the difference for a higher priced alternative. Unfortunately the 12 month guarantee does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage or jewellery that has been altered or repaired by an independent jeweller.
